Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding Project Manager to own end-to-end onboarding projects and transitions for assigned accounts.

The role requires coordinating across Sales, CS, Plant Operations and IT, with 25% travel within the region. Located in/around Petaluma, CA, this individual-contributor position supports onsite activities in a hybrid schedule at the plant and drives successful, disruption-free onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or onboarding/implementation; PM experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional influence, stakeholder management, and project leadership; comfortable driving alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding SOP milestones from kickoff through steady-state handoff.
• Coordinate across Sales, CS, Plant Operations, IT, Finance/Accounting to keep onboarding on schedule.
• Track onboarding status, compliance intake, and CSAT results to pillar sponsor and CX Project Manager.
• Lead intercompany account-transfer projects including inventory, ERP setup, and cutover scheduling.
• Support training and automation projects and provide overflow order-management coverage as needed.
