Role: IT Training Operations Learning Coordinator
Must-Have Skills:
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting)
  • MS Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams
  • Basic Technical Knowledge (understanding IT/tech terms, common training tools)
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Email and Calendar Management
  • Problem-Solving Skills (quick issue resolution during live sessions)
  • Stakeholder Communication (trainers, clients, internal teams)
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Project Coordination
  • Basic Knowledge of EdTech tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Customer Service Orientation (handling client feedback or learner queries)
  • Experience in IT training or corporate learning environments
Soft Skills:
