Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to manage the transition of new financial advisors and their teams to Kestra. You will serve as project manager and primary contact for onboarding firms, ensuring timely, compliant transitions and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, leveraging Salesforce and SharePoint, and educating advisors on Kestra policies. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3 years' experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and analytical abilities.
• Intermediate financial services knowledge.
• Independence in judgment and ability to work solo.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onboarding firms as project manager and primary contact for transitions.
• Host weekly meetings to drive engagement and progress on transitions.
• Oversee registration tasks from LOI to graduation to service team.
• Educate representatives on Kestra policies and procedures.
• Use Salesforce to track tasks and progress.
• Manage firm electronic files in SharePoint for accessibility.
• Resolve technical/operational issues with other teams.
• Collaborate with Technology Solutions to ensure access to tools.
• Provide regular updates on transition status to Head of Onboarding.
• Collect feedback from advisors to improve processes.
• Address post-registration concerns with Training resources.
