Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a remote role. Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding process by coordinating document collection and verification
• Conduct identity verification using digital platforms and ensure compliance with company policies
• Respond to inquiries from new hires and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate onboarding
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records using internal tracking tools
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or a related administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Calendar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience with onboarding systems, I-9 verification, or E-Verify

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
