Job summary

Farmers Insurance in Mexico City is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a small team of specialists, plan daily tasks, manage budgets, and ensure governance. You will coordinate with business and IT partners, define needs, and arrange resources to deliver projects on time.

You will handle multiple tasks, manage cost centers, review invoices, and ensure Acceptance Criteria and testing at program level. Strong communication and stakeholder navigation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
• Level II: 4 years experience in an IT environment, including 1 year in a supervisory role or 1 year as a Program Manager I

Responsibilities

• Leads a very small group of specialists; manages resource, development, and performance tasks.
• Oversees planning and controlling of a project on a day-to-day basis including budget.
• Coordinates delivery of work from suppliers; defines needs with business units; secures resources.
• Ensures Acceptance Criteria and User Acceptance Testing at program level; signs off on deliverables.
• Performs project level planning, monitoring and reporting; manages vendor invoices/expenditures.
