Job summary

Goldman Sachs' Private Wealth Management unit seeks an Onboarding Product Manager to modernize digital client onboarding, delivering a seamless experience while collecting data required for opening and maintaining accounts. You will write requirements, manage project execution, and perform testing for features, partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, and PMO to deliver user-centric solutions.

You will analyze data, understand regulatory requirements, and help improve onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of work experience in product management and the financial services sector.
• Experience in an agile product development environment and/or wealth management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of PWM goals and drive product requirements.
• Support and develop product strategy and roadmap with clients and partners.
• Drive execution of the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Program Management to deliver user-centric features.
• Coordinate with Business, Legal, and Compliance to inform requirements.
• Develop understanding of account opening regulatory requirements.
• Improve account opening processes to maximize efficiency and automation.
• Leverage analytics and data to inform the roadmap.
• Translate complex problems into actionable steps for impacted groups.
• Monitor competitive practices and incorporate end-user feedback.
