Qualifications

• Proven software engineering with Java/Spring Boot; microservices and full-stack capabilities.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade apps, APIs, and workflow solutions for complex processes.
• Cloud-native development with relational databases and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure, reliable software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications across the onboarding platform.
• Deliver microservices, APIs, workflow orchestration, and UI capabilities to reduce friction.
• Translate business requirements into resilient, scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional team across global locations.
• Apply code reviews, automated tests, CI, observability, and production support.
