Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks an Orientation Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new staff. The role coordinates the orientation process for both field and office employees, handling documentation, training, and compliance needs with accuracy and professionalism.

On-site, Monday–Friday, daytime hours, you will enter personnel information into internal systems, scan and file documents, maintain orderly records, and serve as the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year administrative/office or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in multi-tasking, organization, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates orientation process for all new field and office employees.
• Completes onboarding process including entering personnel information into internal systems, scanning and filing required documents, and maintaining organized employee records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for orientation-related inquiries, responding to questions via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Helps with Employee Records, as needed.
