Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, intake coordination, or operational workflows preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized documentation.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake activities by receiving, processing, and tracking consumer referrals while maintaining timely communication with families and Regional Center partners.
• Manage provider and consumer onboarding pipelines, ensuring progress through onboarding, service initiation, and required milestones.
• Support provider onboarding activities including documentation collection, provider matching, scheduling, and onboarding readiness.
• Maintain compliance and documentation standards by verifying eligibility requirements, certifications, background checks, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with Operations and Regional Center teams while maintaining tracking systems, reporting, and onboarding status updates.
