STATE STREET CORPORATION in Quincy, MA, seeks a Unit Dealing Associate II to support mutual fund trading operations, onboard new key clients, and contribute to testing the new trading platform.

You will build relationships across teams, assist with business requirements, and help automate processes to reduce risk and streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services industry preferred.
  • Ability to understand and contribute to documented business and technical system requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of mutual fund trading infrastructure and processes.
  • Onboard new key clients to the unit dealing service.
  • Test and implement new functionality on the trading application with management, IT, and vendors.
  • Assist with client reporting and client projects; ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
