Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an Associate II for the Transfer Agency Team in Boston to oversee day-to-day operations, manage workflows and client relationships. You will collaborate across TA units and internal departments to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while delivering exceptional service.

The role values ownership, accuracy, organization, and clear communication, with opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in a related field (optional).
  • 1–2 years mutual fund operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of groups by workflows.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with TA and other departments within State Street.
  • Manage client Service Level Agreements and ensure they are met.
  • Monitor internal and external KPIs and ensure targets are met.
  • Contribute to other projects or tasks as assigned.
