As an Implementation and Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our product by healthcare professionals. From the moment a contract is signed through implementation and beyond you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This position will partner with all areas of the business with a focus on implementation and operations. This position will provide end-user training, guidance, and support to drive the successful integration of our product into their practice. The company prides itself on the retention rate of clients. Along with the VP, you will partner with our clients to ensure their continued success with iScribe services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
End-User Training:
Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for end-users, both in-person and through virtual platforms. The training sessions will be in-depth, classroom-style sessions for physicians to ensure comprehensive understanding and proficiency in using our product. Respond promptly to end-users’ questions and provide clarifications to ensure a smooth learning experience. Develop, update, and enhance training programs and materials to align with product updates and diverse end-user groups. Work with clients to schedule training sessions that align with their operational needs—coach clients on best practices to maximize the benefits of our product within their workflow. Provide ongoing support and guidance to address any challenges and optimize product utilization.
Implementation and Adoption:
During go-live week, visiting multiple sites and assisting healthcare providers in setting up and configuring the app to meet their needs. At the customer site, you will walk the halls where needed to provide hands-on demonstrations to illustrate product usage and key workflows. While onsite, actively engage with physicians during clinic visits, encouraging and ensuring the consistent use of our product. Provide hands-on support and guidance to overcome any challenges physicians may face during product adoption. Provide feedback and escalate as needed. Monitor end-user adoption rates and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the client champion during implementation and go-live phases, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
Extensive Travel and On-site Presence:
Embrace extensive travel to client sites, ensuring a physical presence for effective, face-to-face engagement. This role will travel 90% with the expectation of traveling 3 to 4 weeks a month. This individual will be presented as the face of iScribeHealth. This role must have excellent training skills and must know how to be resilient, professional, and adaptable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client engagement, training, or implementation roles within the healthcare or technology industry.
Must have strong customer service / interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and without supervision.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and travel extensively.
