CANDID is an innovative SaaS company offering a powerful Mortgage Marketing & Sales Operating System designed to streamline and elevate the marketing and sales processes for mortgage lenders. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to join our expanding team!

Role Overview:

As the Onboarding & Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new users as they implement our platform. You’ll guide users through the entire setup process, helping them leverage the full capabilities of our system to optimize their operations. Your expertise will be key to ensuring that clients are fully equipped and confident in using our platform to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new users, ensuring seamless and efficient implementation of our platform.
  • Provide hands-on training and product walkthroughs to help clients navigate and leverage CANDID’s features effectively.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to address user questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Manage the implementation timeline, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Assist users with platform configurations, data integrations, and campaign setup to ensure they’re ready to hit the ground running.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during onboarding.
  • Gather feedback to help enhance the platform and contribute to continuous product improvements.
  • Foster strong relationships with users to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing technologies.
  • Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and users simultaneously.
  • A problem-solver who can think critically to resolve issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Trello).
  • Must be available from 9am-5pm CST or EST.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with mortgage marketing, sales processes, or CRM systems is a plus.
