Netlink Voice is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and implementation for new clients. You will guide the client from contract signing through post-launch, coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure smooth provisioning, training, and adoption across our Security Services, IT, Voice, and Data products.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or experience in a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing approach.
• Ability to independently manage multiple onboarding projects and tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude with IT, security services, voice, and data products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guide for clients navigating onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
• Maintain proactive communication to ensure a white-glove customer experience from kickoff to handoff.
• Gather requirements for setup of Security Services, IT, Voice, and Data products.
• Document onboarding progress and client requirements in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for equipment provisioning and testing aligned to timelines.
• Develop training materials and deliver demonstrations across multiple platforms.
• Provide post-launch support during hyper-care and handoff to general support.
