Responsibilities:

• Managing the onboarding process including preparing offer letters, managing screens and paperwork, managing I9s, etc.
• Facilitating new hire orientations
• Coordinating with vendors and internal departments
• Ensuring positive onboarding experiences for new employees
• HRIS and ATS database management
• HR reporting
• Answering employees' questions about onboarding, benefits, training, etc.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, HR, or administrative experience
• Experience working within ATS platforms is ideal, but not required
• Must be willing to be onsite two days a week in Brentwood
• Must be comfortable with long-term contract work
• Must be comfortable working in a high-volume and fast-paced role
• Must be comfortable being client facing
