What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, including change management, implementation, training, and adoption for all assigned customers
- Deliver compelling online and in-person training sessions to educate and inspire customers on product usage
- Apply technical knowledge to solve customer issues and proactively identify risks related to product adoption
- Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve training delivery and customer success
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials that align with customer needs and brand guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; graduate degree is highly valued
- Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company or in a related education technology field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and training methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an instructional designer, educator, or faculty trainer
- Familiarity with local higher education systems and educational technology
- Ability to communicate in a second language
- Knowledge of customer success processes and best practices
- Flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones
