What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the onboarding process end-to-end for assigned customers, including change management, implementation, and training
- Deliver compelling and interactive training sessions to educate customers on product usage and best practices
- Solve technical problems and identify solutions to enhance customer success and retention
- Actively collect and act on feedback to improve training delivery and customer engagement
- Develop and refine high-quality training materials to align with customer needs and brand guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a graduate degree is highly valued
- Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company or in a related field, such as education technology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with compelling presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and train others effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an instructional designer, educator, or faculty trainer
- Familiarity with remote presentation software and CRM tools
- Knowledge of local higher education systems and educational technology
- Ability to speak a second language
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits or conferences
