You will leverage Baird’s tools and partnerships to deliver thoughtful financial solutions within a collaborative, service-driven environment. The role emphasizes processing paperwork, managing client requests, and coordinating with advisors to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry or administrative work experience.
• Ability to study for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within 18 months; training provided.
• Strong client service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and coordinate new account paperwork and transitions.
• Service client accounts and communicate via mail, phone, and meetings.
• Maintain CRM records and client service plans for advisors.
• Prepare materials and reports for client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with firm and industry policies.
• Support relationship management and coordination with corporate resources.
