Job description

At Finaya.com, we’re not just another homeownership company. We’re a fast-growing, tech-forward movement committed to transforming the way people experience homeownership for the entire life cycle of that home. Our mission is simple: solve real problems, not just process transactions. We’re combining cutting-edge, proprietary AI technology with elite operational support and entrepreneurial vision to build something better for our clients, for our partners, and for the people who power it all.

If you're a driven professional ready to break away from industry norms and build something meaningful, this is your chance to be part of a future-defining team at the ground floor.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized, engaging, and people-focused Onboarding & Training Specialist to help create an exceptional employee experience from offer acceptance through full integration into the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about developing people, creating structure, and helping new team members feel connected, confident, and productive from Day One.

As a key member of our People Operations team, you will own and enhance the onboarding experience, maintain engagement with new hires before their start date, facilitate initial training programs, and ensure employees have the tools, systems, and support needed to succeed. You will work closely with Recruiting, Operations, Leadership, IT, and Sales Directors to deliver a seamless and scalable onboarding process that reflects Finaya's innovative culture.

Create an extraordinary first impression and build the foundation for long-term employee success.

What Sets Us Apart

  • High-Growth Environment: Help shape and scale onboarding and training programs alongside a rapidly growing organization.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Work directly with leaders across the company and influence employee success from day one.
  • A Voice in the Vision: Your ideas will help shape training programs, onboarding experiences, and employee development initiatives.
  • Modern Processes: Opportunity to build scalable onboarding systems, training materials, and knowledge resources.
  • Meaningful Work: Help people succeed in their careers while contributing to Finaya's mission and growth.
