Job summary

Dakota is a remote-first stablecoin infrastructure platform powering modern financial products through regulated money movement, stablecoin orchestration, and cross-border settlement.

We are a remote-first team across North America and Europe, valuing high-quality work, clear thinking, and ownership. You will own the onboarding lifecycle for KYC/KYB requests, conduct end-to-end due diligence, and support ongoing monitoring in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, AML, or compliance in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of global AML/CTF requirements, FATF standards, and CIP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle, managing intake, review, and timely resolution of KYC/KYB requests.
• Conduct end-to-end due diligence for institutional and consumer clients, including entity and identity verification.
• PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening, and complete enhanced due diligence where required.
• Assess client risk profiles, escalate high-risk cases, and support ongoing monitoring and reporting.
