Zusammenfassung

Alivo is seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their first 90 days of implementing Alivo, ensuring fast time-to-live and strong product adoption in a fast-paced environment.

You will own kickoff through go-live, train users, and collaborate with product and support teams to resolve blockers, with emphasis on customer success and long-term retention. This role requires excellent English communication and US work eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation roles in SaaS.
• Experience training non-technical users.
• Experience with AI-powered products or automation tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Own the first 90 days of the customer journey and guide onboarding.
• Handle account setup and train day-to-day users.
• Lead kickoff calls and ensure accounts are ready to go live.
• Proactively remove blockers to meet onboarding targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and smooth transition to Account Manager after 90 days.
• Provide feedback to product and support teams.
