Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to support HR delivery,Crew employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives aboard a Disney vessel. You will partner with leaders, build trusted advisor relationships, and report to the Manager, Human Resources (shipboard).

You will manage compensation and benefits, learning and development, and ensure a fair, inclusive, high-performing onboard workplace while aligning with company values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of formal HR experience in at least one functional area.
• Minimum of one year in employee relations and/or performance management.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or operations role.
• Shipboard, hospitality, or travel industry experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting a culturally diverse or geographically dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Delivers shipboard HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations and learning and development.
• Acts as a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to crew.
• Collaborates with shipboard leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and provide targeted development.
• Conducts needs assessments and HR training for crew and officers.
• Supports organizational projects with tools and guidance for effective execution.
