Job summary

Hornblower Corp is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support galley operations aboard a passenger vessel. The role focuses on efficient cleaning, organization of wares, and adherence to sanitation standards while contributing to general galley tasks.

The position requires stamina for long shifts, strong teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays aboard a moving vessel. Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in warm environments.
• Experience with food handling and safety is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine; ensure dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored.
• Maintain galley cleanliness and assist in food prep and storage.
• Receive and store food and supplies using proper handling techniques.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and buffets; monitor temperatures.
