Job summary

Hornblower Group, a leader in experiential transportation, seeks a dishwasher to support galley operations aboard a Coast Guard-inspected passenger vessel. You will clean dishes, assist in provisioning, and help maintain sanitary galley standards while delivering courteous service to guests and crew.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to coworkers and guests.
• Operate dish machine; ensures dishes are cleaned, organized, and stored appropriately.
• Maintain dishwashing equipment and refill chemicals as needed.
• Assist in routine galley cleaning including surfaces and floors.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators.
• Receive and store food and supplies with proper stock rotation.
