Job summary
Margaritaville at Sea is seeking a Shipboard Design Manager to lead the development of guest-facing communications aboard our cruise ships. You will manage print and digital media, ensure on-brand creative across touchpoints, and collaborate with leadership to meet marketing and revenue goals.
The role requires a strong background in marketing and graphic design, with familiarity in Adobe tools and digital signage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Design Software (Adobe Creative Suite) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years in marketing, graphic design, or content development.
- Experience creating print and digital marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of branding, guest engagement and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead shipboard guest-facing communications via print and digital media.
- Collaborate with revenue and department leadership to define needs.
- Coordinate with Shoreside Creative Team on new project requests.
- Daily Cruise News content development, layout, and file prep.
- Design eye-catching promotional materials to support guest communications and revenue goals.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines across platforms.
