Job summary

IBS Infoweb Pvt Ltd is seeking a Lead OnBase Developer to drive design, coding, and implementation of enhancements to existing OnBase applications in a client-focused environment.

The role requires expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow, plus strong skills in configuration, administration, and Unity Client usage for OnBase applications. You will guide the team through all phases of development and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• OnBase WorkView and Workflow certification preferred.
• Experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications.
• Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality.
• Expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration and administration.
• Understanding of Unity Client and how it is used for OnBase applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OnBase applications.

Serve as the functional architect, translating business requirements into technical solutions and overseeing their execution.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret user requirements and ensure these are reflected in design specifications.

Direct and participate in application design, development, coding, unit testing, and debugging of OnBase solutions.

Provide expertise and guidance during the testing process, ensuring quality standards are met.

Communicate accurate and useful status updates to team members and management.

Identify, track, and resolve issues, risks, and action items affecting the team’s work.

Plan and estimate timelines for tasks, ensuring timely resolution of challenges.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OnBase applications.

Provide ongoing training of OnBase tools and techniques to enrich staff support capabilities.
