You will mentor the team, guide architecture, and ensure high quality, performance, and reliability while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• OnBase WorkView and Workflow certification preferred.
• Extensive experience developing, enhancing, and supporting OnBase applications.
• Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView, Workflow, configuration, administration, and architecture.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development team in designing, coding, and enhancing OnBase applications.
• Serve as technical authority for OnBase WorkView and Workflow.
• Architect, configure, develop, and maintain OnBase WorkView and Workflow processes.
• Design scalable solutions addressing complex business requirements.
• Plan and deploy interface and workflow strategies within OnBase.
• Guide development activities from requirements through deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and architectures.
• Review designs and recommend performance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Deliver leadership, training, and mentorship to the team.
• Ensure changes follow best practices and align with goals.
