Job summary

The role directs a technical development team, designs scalable OnBase solutions, configures servers and Unity Client interfaces, and ensures robust production deployment across environments. Strong communication and OnBase certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise Hyland OnBase development and systems architecture experience.
• Skilled in OnBase WorkView modeling, data schemas, and Workflow automation.
• Experience configuring OnBase Unity Client, system administration, and custom enhancements.
• Proven end-to-end ECM design, testing, and deployment experience.
• Experience with OnBase integrations, API interfaces, and production defect resolution.
• Experience leading technical teams, architecture reviews, and OnBase certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical development team in designing, coding, and deploying OnBase applications.
• Architect complex business solutions leveraging OnBase WorkView objects and workflows.
• Configure and maintain core OnBase server environments, document types, and Unity Client interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot production defects, performance bottlenecks, and interface failures.
• Oversee unit testing, QA reviews, and validation of code across environments.
• Mentor developers and provide OnBase administration training.

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise Hyland OnBase development and systems architecture.
• Proficiency in OnBase WorkView solution modeling, data schemas, and Workflow automation processes.
• Experience with OnBase Unity Client configuration, system administration, and custom application enhancements.
• Experience in full-lifecycle Enterprise Content Management (ECM) design, testing, and production deployment.
• Experience with OnBase system integrations, API interfaces, and resolving critical production application defects.
• Experience in technical team leadership, architectural design reviews, and holding active OnBase certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
