• Architect and optimize OnBase WorkView/Workflow solutions for complex needs.
• Configure, develop, and maintain OnBase WorkView apps and Workflow processes.
• Plan and deploy interface, process, and workflow strategies for OnBase apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OnBase applications.
• Guide the team through all phases of development from analysis to testing.
• Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in design reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions as functional architect.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture user requirements in design specs.
• Direct design, development, coding, unit testing, and debugging of OnBase solutions.
• Provide testing guidance to ensure quality standards.
• Communicate status updates to team and management.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues, risks, and actions.
• Plan and estimate timelines for tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing training of OnBase tools and techniques.
