Job summary

Diné Development Corporation seeks an OnBase ECM & Atlassian Platform Administrator to provide combined platform administration and sustainment for enterprise content management and work management tools in secure environments.

The role covers configuration, workflow automation, user access management, reporting, and troubleshooting across platforms, while ensuring changes are controlled, documented, and supportable. TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years OnBase administration experience.
• 3+ years Jira/Confluence administration.
• Active TS clearance required.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain OnBase ECM solutions including configurations, workflows, and access controls.
• Design and optimize OnBase workflows and document automation.
• Administer Jira, JSM, and Confluence with projects, spaces, and dashboards.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for OnBase and Atlassian environments.
• Maintain system documentation and provide user training.
