Job summary

Humana is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to design, configure, and support integrations between Hyland OnBase and web applications, enabling secure file transfers and document management. The role emphasizes OnBase administration, API integrations, and enterprise content management within Humana’s hybrid work environment in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience supporting or developing integrations with Hyland OnBase
• Experience with enterprise content management, system configuration, and application interoperability
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, HTML, and CSS
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation
• Interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS)
• U.S. citizenship; DoD contract restrictions (not in Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Design and support integrations between Hyland OnBase and web applications to enable file upload/download, document management, and business process automation
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain integration solutions for secure and reliable system performance
• Gather and translate requirements and document technical solutions
• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met
