Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to develop and maintain integrations between Hyland OnBase and internal systems, enabling secure file transfers, document management, and automated business processes.

The role emphasizes OnBase administration, C#, .NET, HTML/CSS, SSIS, and SQL, with duties including requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration to ensure compliant, reliable performance. The position is hybrid in Louisville with DoD contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience supporting or developing integrations with Hyland OnBase.
• Experience with enterprise content management and system configuration.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Interim approval for NBIS/Background Check.
• U.S. citizenship required for DoD contract.
• Not eligible for candidates in Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between Hyland OnBase and web applications.
• Design, configure and support secure file upload/download and document management.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, compliant and reliable system performance.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and document them.
