Responsibilities

• Supervise forklift operators and the Load Planner to ensure on-time delivery and trailer efficiency.
• Attend daily scheduling meetings and assist the plant scheduler.
• Coordinate repairs of trucks, trailers, forklifts, dock plates, and dock doors.
• Coordinate with Sales Service to deliver orders on time.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain high morale and ensure policy adherence.
