Qualifikationen

• Driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical requirements must be met.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior route sales or delivery experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying on feet for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on your assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist the service team by loading and unloading route trucks and starting each day with accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, address service needs, and upsell garments and products.
• Identify opportunities to grow the route and increase earnings through upselling.
