Job summary

Lindus Construction, Inc./Midwest LeafGuard is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to develop and enforce health and safety plans across sites, with substantial travel to various job locations in the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas.

The role requires OSHA 10 (mandatory) and OSHA 30 (desirable), 5+ years in safety management, and an associate degree in safety or related field. A valid driver’s license is required and travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute health and safety plans according to OSHA guidelines.
• Provide training on construction hazards (fall prevention, PPE, equipment).
• Investigate accidents and prepare forms for workers’ compensation and OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute health and safety plans per OSHA guidelines.
• Provide training on construction hazards to all sites.
• Investigate accidents and file workers’ comp/OSHA paperwork.
• Manage Return to Work program.
• Visit jobsites to enforce safety policies.
• Maintain annual training documentation.
