Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Team Lead Operator to guide daily production on the manufacturing line. This role serves as a functional leader, coaching operators and ensuring adherence to safety, quality and GMP standards.

You will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Processing, Material Control, Scheduling and Maintenance to meet objectives, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous efficiency improvements. Requirements include HSD or GED; Associate’s degree or higher preferred; and a minimum of two

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required; Associate's degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the department and fully trained/signed-off on all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor operators on equipment, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Processing, Material Control, Scheduling, and Maintenance to meet production objectives.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
