Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from behind a desk, and joins the team on line, at the register, and on drive-thru during every rush. You will own people, products, and profits with an owner-style energy on the floor.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume, fast-casual setting, with a focus on coaching staff, maintaining quality, and driving guest satisfaction and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Must be a hands-on, on-floor leader with proven restaurant management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced concepts strongly preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining standards.
• Strong focus on customer service, food quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations on the floor during rush periods.
• Set the pace of the shift and lead by example alongside the team.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are met.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cash handling with accountability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leads.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction through operational excellence.
