Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from a desk. This hands‑on operator works the line, runs the register, and stays on the floor during every rush, setting the pace by working alongside the team.

You will own people, products, and profits — driving guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence while coaching staff and managing costs. This role is on‑site at our Texas location and offers competitive compensation with bonus

Qualifications

• Must have hands‑on restaurant management experience in high‑volume concepts.
• Ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining standards.
• Strong problem solving and decision making under pressure.
• Proven track record of managing labor and costs without sacrificing guests’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with focus on food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Work shifts on the floor alongside the team during peak periods.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff and shift leaders.
• Monitor speed of service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Review P&L statements and drive labor and food cost controls.
