Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor—on line, on register, and on the floor during every rush. You will own people, product, and profit within your four walls, driving a high-energy, hands-on culture that delivers speed and quality.

The role requires proven hands-on management in high-volume concepts, with a focus on coaching teams and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Ability to work on the floor during rush periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations with excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders through hands-on coaching during live shifts.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and other operating metrics; drive sales through speed and guest satisfaction.
