• Conduct task analyses at designated job sites to learn required tasks.
• Teach clients the steps required to complete job responsibilities.
• Use individualized learning strategies and identify any accommodations.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports on client progress.
• Coordinate with employers and OakLeaf Services staff as needed.
