Job summary

Tensec is seeking a Quality Engineer for its Fulfillment Center team in Hanover, Maryland. This hands-on role demands active engagement on the warehouse floor to uphold quality standards and drive operational excellence.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze quality data, maintain compliance with safety standards, and champion a culture of food safety among all associates.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and possess 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment environment.
• Familiarity with FDA, USDA-AMS & FSIS, GFSI, FSMA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse processes to ensure quality standards.
• Investigate errors and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead projects for continuous improvement and process optimization.
