Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
• HACCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor repacking processes for SOP and HACCP compliance.
• Inspect pre-operative and operative facility operations.
• Calibrate and inspect measuring instruments.
• Enforce food safety and QA protocols with warehouse team.
• Conduct daily GMP and warehouse inspections.
• Assist audits and communicate corrective actions.
• Isolate materials on hold to protect product quality.
• Maintain inventory of test materials and PPE weekly.
