Job summary

RMB Products in Fountain, CO, is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead manufacturing, maintenance, quality and safety. You will own the long-term financial performance of all Value Streams and drive the continuous improvement roadmap.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance and Sales, and the ability to align operations with growth objectives while delivering KPIs and cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Value Stream Management and Operational Excellence transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to execute the Annual Operating Plan for Safety, Quality, Productivity, On-Time Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and Growth.
• Develop and implement processes, metrics, and accountability measures to drive improvements across the manufacturing site.
• Maximize plant efficiency, product quality, throughput, delivery performance, profitability, and ROI.
• Manage spending against budget and respond to changes in production volume.
• Oversee production scheduling and overtime utilization.
• Collaborate with Finance for cost and profitability analysis.
• Own and drive the continuous improvement roadmap and future-state plan.
• Define and drive KPIs, host reviews, and ensure adherence to Operating Procedures.
• Forecast data and PFEP strategies; influence inventory decisions.
