Job summary

MarginMax Business Solutions is recruiting a Worksite Supplemental Insurance Advisor for the Springfield-Branson, Missouri area. You will meet with business clients to explain supplemental insurance options, assess employer and team needs, and recommend suitable worksite plans.

Daily duties include presenting proposals, answering questions, supporting enrollment meetings, and providing policy service guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance, particularly worksite and supplemental benefits.
• Solid understanding of Finance and basic business financial concepts.
• Experience in Consulting: needs analysis and solution-based recommendations.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• State licensing in Insurance is beneficial or can be obtained within defined timeframe.
• Experience with employers on benefits, HR, or payroll-related solutions is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site and travel within the Springfield area; manage a client portfolio.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Prior sales, account management, or advisory experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business clients to explain supplemental insurance options.
• Conduct needs assessments for employers and teams.
• Recommend appropriate worksite insurance plans and present proposals.
• Support enrollment meetings and ongoing policy service and claims guidance.
• Collaborate with finance and POS teams to align offerings with business solutions.
