Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On-Site Workforce Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees while overseeing the on-site temporary workforce. You will support client meetings, drive contractor quality, and ensure smooth operations at the client site.

The role emphasizes profitability, stakeholder communication, and hands-on workforce management with opportunities for leadership and growth within a nationwide staffing leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees and attend client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize available Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

As an On-Site Workforce Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $65,000 (based on experience and education)as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
