Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to coordinate between client managers, the local office, and contract staff at the client site. The role focuses on profitability, contractor quality, and efficient workforce management.

Compensation includes a base salary of $54,000-$65,000 with a potential annual bonus of up to $2,000, plus medical/dental/vision, HSA & 401k, and paid time off. Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience in a team setting is valued.

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.

• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
