Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, processing, railroad, or related industrial environments.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
