Job summary

You will manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies, perform patching and DR procedures, and provide user support. This on-site role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and may favor Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Understanding of backup solutions, security policies, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Apply OS patches, updates, and system upgrades regularly.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system logs and identify potential issues.
• Ensure system security through proper configurations and access policies.
• Provide technical support to users and coordinate with other IT teams.
• Maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, and procedures.
