Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Foreman to oversee daily pipeline construction, installation, maintenance, and repair activities at our Andrews, TX site. You will supervise field crews, coordinate activities, and ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

You will plan daily work, review drawings, lead safety meetings, and mentor crew members while coordinating with inspectors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of pipeline construction experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role leading pipeline crews.
• Strong understanding of pipeline construction methods, excavation, trench safety, and utility coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, alignment sheets, and survey information.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct pipeline construction crews in installation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline systems.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review project drawings, specifications, alignment sheets, and construction schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety requirements.
• Coordinate excavation, trenching, pipe installation, welding, coating, hydrostatic testing, and restoration activities.
• Monitor crew productivity, project progress, and quality standards.
