Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an On-Site Wedding & Event Sales Manager to generate wedding and social event business and deliver exceptional client experiences from inquiry to completion. This on-site leadership role requires daily presence at the resort to cultivate relationships, oversee event execution, and maximize revenue through collaboration with operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–5 years in hospitality sales, wedding sales, catering, event planning, or hotel operations.
• Proven success in sales, relationship management, event coordination, and customer service.
• Experience presenting executive-level updates and sales reports.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop wedding and social event business through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, pricing, and BEOs; negotiate to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain sales leads, bookings, and CRM records; manage client communications through inquiries and post-event follow-up.
• Meet clients in person, ensure expectations are met, and oversee event execution.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless event delivery and post-event follow-up.
